PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003

We inform you that the data you provide to the site manager at the moment by email or telephone contact will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 - Code regarding the protection of personal data.
The contacts available on the site have the sole purpose of allowing visitors to contact our sales offices for the purposes strictly connected to the service.
This information concerns the personal data sent by the user when sending information through the contacts present here.
This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data deriving from your site navigation be recorded.

b. The processing of the personal data provided is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in the art. 4 paragraph 1 letter. a) Legislative Decree 196/2003.
c. The processing is carried out directly by the owner's organization.

3. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

Remember that you are not obliged to provide the site manager with personal data requested in the contact form.
The provision of your data through the contact form is optional.
However, the refusal to grant access for the purposes referred to in art. 1 will make it impossible to contact our offices through the contact form made available on the site.

Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means
d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him, as well as pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

6. DURATION OF TREATMENT

The data released by you will be stored in our archives up to your possible request for cancellation.
